What Clients Say

Warm and cozy atmosphere, excellent customer service. Lunch portion comes with a cup of warm vegetable soup, which is a plus. The tofu spring roll is surprisingly fresh and delicious. Happy to have tofu soy duck option for the meal. Pad Kee mow comes with fried tofu option - what a blessing. Definitely a good stop for vegetarians and vegans. But be wise when specifying the food’s spicy level, it may be a little spicier than you thought.

We've lived in Joplin for going on 5 years now. Every time we are on this side of town, my husband and I tell each other next time we need to try The Magic Noodle. We finally did, and I was very impressed. The service was just as great as the delicious food. It is now on my husband's top 3 (cheaper) go-to places in Joplin. The salad comes with each meal - try the unique salad dressing. We were told it's homemade. Two of us ate for just under $30 (that was with me adding shrimp to my order). It was overall a great experience.

This evening's dinner was takeout from Magic Noodle and it was good stuff. Friendly service, even offering me a glass of water while I waited and my wait was short despite it being right around the dinner rush. Drunken Noodles for me were mostly noodles with some chicken that was tasty. The Tofu Duck (not actual duck) for Mrs. K. who enjoyed it very much. Good portions, wrapped up nicely and very portable. This was a decent meal.

The waiter anticipated that I might be vegan and asked if egg was okay when I ordered tofu fried rice. I'm not vegan, but the anticipation that I might is a sign of amazing service. Really blown away by how kind and friendly the people here were. Food was also top notch. Nothing but the highest praises for this business.

If you’re looking for Thai food in Joplin, Magic Noodle is a solid choice! I had the pineapple fried rice with chicken. The portion size was large and I was very pleased with the amount of chicken and cashews; slightly disappointed with the amount of pineapple, but still very good nonetheless. I was surprised to receive a little side salad before the entree; the dressing was excellent. The price was fair. The atmosphere in the restaurant is good and decorated for the season. I visited on a Wednesday night and they seemed short staffed, but the wait for food wasn’t long. The place was very busy, so that tells me others really like it too.

This place has delicous food! This was my first time visiting and I wish I would have sooner. I loved the spring rolls and steamed dumplings. They come with a delicious dipping sauces. I had a beef mango salad 🥭🥗(shown in image.) Although the steak was a bit dry, it was still good with the dipping sauce. I probably wouldn't get it again though. My mom got the General Magic Chicken 🐔(shown in image) and she really enjoyed that. It came with a side of white rice which she DEVOURED. My sister also came with us but I didn't take any pictures of her food. If you DO come here, I would DEFINETLY recommend the spring rolls and dumplings. You won't regret getting them 🥟💕
